Stanic Harding Architecture designed the ocean front apartment located at the south end of Bondi Beach. The main concept of this project is how to create a peaceful, simple and serene environment celebrating its world famous location. The apartment must have three bedrooms with a dressing room and separate study room to accommodate his visiting children whilst maintaining a private room for work and rest. This apartment featured an amazing ocean design with huge amount of natural light. The ‘clip on’ aluminum clad balcony enclosures also contributed to the light quality by the use of translucent white ribbed glazing. Although developed for this apartment these lightweight boxes have been used as a solution to redundant balcony spaces for the entire building.
